Perception module consists of software stack, sensory array and processing hardware that is responsible for all required cognitive tasks in driving. We are developing the Perception module based on direct inspirations from human cognitive system. For more details you can check Technology .
Localization and Mapping module, is based on three components. The most important component is mine’s detailed 3d map that is extracted via LiDARs and GNSS. When perception happens, this module will put the results, mine’s map and GNSS data together, and gives the exact location of Dump Truck with the help of a simple kalman filter algorithm. Fleet Analytics Platform, is the management module that provides aggregated behavioral data of all drivers and trucks in the fleet. CEO and Founder of NOROn
Amirmasoud has 6+ years of experience in Business, Strategy and Technology Development. After graduating from chemical engineering department of Sharif University of Technology, he decided to pursue a master degree in cognitive science for developing the NOROn idea. Then, he has been nominated for an MBA degree again in Sharif University of Technology and finally he has founded NOROn with his co-founders in September of 2021.

Mahdi is a control system engineer with 4+ years of industrial experience in Control and Artificial Intelligence(Machine learning, Deep learning and computer vision). He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Control system engineering, both from Sharif university of technology. Now he is an innovative member of the team that manages the technical side of NOROn.
Senior Robotics Engineer of NOROn
Salar is a Silicon Valley medalist that has won the competition more than 4 times. He is an experienced robotics engineer with 10+ years of research and industrial background in many high tech robotics applications, including car manufacturing, shipbuilding and unmanned aerial vehicles. He has a master’s degree of mechatronics and now he is the senior robotics engineer of NOROn and is implementing the hardware and robotics requirements of NOROn product.
Senior AI Engineer of NOROn
Arash is a deep learning scientist with a 10+ years of industry experience. He has a bachelor degree of computer engineering and a master degree of artificial intelligence, both from computer engineering department of Sharif university of technology. Now he is pursuing his PHD from Tehran University and also he is the visionary Senior AI Engineer of NOROn.
